Cox Machine's main facility is located in Wichita, Kansas--the "Air Capital of the World".  This facility houses our primary machining operations, as well as the administrative offices, Quality department, Planning and Production Control department, and shipping/receiving for all three divisions. 

Main Lobby, Wichita Division

The facility was constructed in 2001, approximately 1/4 mile from our previous facility.  Lean manufacturing and product flow control were primary design objectives in the construction of the main facility.  The entire facility is climate-controlled, and equipped with cutting-edge machining technology.

The facility is arranged so that manufacturing cells can be formed for large production runs, while still maintaining the flexibility needed for small-quantity and prototype jobs.

Cox Machine, Harper Division

Cox Machine's sheet metal fabrication facility is located in Harper, Kansas, about 45 miles southwest of Wichita. 

The newly-renovated Harper facility is climate-controlled and arranged for efficient  product flow.  In addition to the manufacturing area, the facility includes administrative offices, quality control, mylar storage, and programming offices necessary to support sheet-metal fabrication.

Accurate Drilling

Cox Machine's gundrilling division, Accurate Drilling, is located on the same site as the Wichita division.  The facility has its own offices, and like the main facility is completely climate-controlled.
